How do I reserve a bounce house in New Orleans?

What areas do you deliver to?

We deliver across New Orleans and the surrounding parishes, including Uptown, Lakeview, Algiers, Gentilly, Mid-City, and New Orleans East, plus nearby Metairie, Kenner, and the West Bank. What are the rental hours?

Our office is open seven days a week from 8 AM to 8 PM. Standard rentals give you up to 6 hours of guaranteed time; longer or overnight rentals can be arranged.

How long is the rental for?

The standard rental is up to 6 hours, set up and ready for the full time. Your “start” time is when we have it set up. We typically arrive 1 to 4 hours before your event and will call ahead if an earlier setup is needed.

Are bounce houses safe?

Yes. Every unit is made from commercial-grade, fire-retardant material with full safety netting, staked into the ground or secured with sandbags on hard surfaces. How much room will I need?

It depends on the unit. Each product page on pznola.com lists the setup dimensions, and we confirm the space with you before your rental. Most standard bounce house rentals need a flat area about 21 by 25 feet with a clear pathway.

What if it rains or there is bad weather?

New Orleans weather can change fast. If you cancel before delivery, there is no cancellation fee and your payment applies as a credit for a future date. If high winds or storms make setup unsafe, our team will help you reschedule or find an indoor backup.

What is your cancellation policy?

Payments are non-refundable, but plans change. You may reschedule for a future date within one year of your original event, and your payment applies as a credit, subject to availability. If we must cancel due to circumstances on our end, you receive a full refund or a rain check.

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover. A deposit reserves your date, and the balance is due before or at setup. The same applies when you add concession machines to your order.

What if I do not have electricity nearby?

Most inflatables need one standard 110v household outlet within about 100 feet. No outlet at your New Orleans park or venue? We rent generators, so just let us know when you book. Permits for city park and playground venues are handled by the venue.

How far in advance should I book?

Rentals are first come, first served, especially on summer weekends, so reserve early. Two to three weeks ahead is ideal, but we will always do our best to help with last-minute New Orleans events.

Can you provide a copy of your insurance?

Yes. We carry a $2 million policy above the minimum and can provide a certificate of insurance, plus an endorsement for parks, schools, or churches when required (additional charges may apply for endorsements).

Can I pick up a bounce house myself?

We prefer to deliver every unit so we can place and anchor it safely and protect the equipment. Delivery and setup are included in our New Orleans pricing.
